Warranty Information

 

 

All hardware is covered by a 90 Day parts warranty unless otherwise stated. This warranty is only valid if the hardware is returned in its original packaging, and only covers defective hardware. Warranty is limited to the repair/replacement of defective hardware with equivalent or better equipment. No warranty is offered on any pre-installed software. Warranty does not cover minor cosmetic damage or blemishes, and is void if the hardware has been misused or abused by the purchaser. Extended Warranty Available!

 

 

 

Shipping Information

 

 

Shipment of your item will occur within 2-3 business days after payment has been received. All products are shipped via UPS Ground or truck freight when required. Buyer will pay the flat rate shipping charge stated in the auction or the actual shipping cost calculated at auction close if no flat rate is provided. We recommend that Buyers insure their shipments. At this time we only ship regularly to the 48 contiguous states. For Alaska, Hawaii, and ALL other international destinations, bidders must contact the seller to request an estimate for shipping charges prior to the closing of the bidding. We will only ship to a Pay Pal or credit card provider with a confirmed address.

 

 

 

Return Information

 

The following are the policies for returns:

If an item is determined defective, please email your seller for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), which must accompany all DOA's. Unauthorized DOA's will not be accepted.

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to notify Sparctech Solutions LLC of DOA items within 30 days of delivery.

If insurance WAS purchased with the order, Sparctech Solutions LLC will handle return shipping costs. If insurance WAS NOT purchased, the BUYER must handle return shipping costs.

If the returned item IS found defective by Sparctech Solutions LLC, the item will be repaired/replaced and Sparctech Solutions LLC will pay for the return shipping to the BUYER. If the item cannot be repaired/replaced, a refund of the item price ONLY will be refunded, shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.

If the returned item IS NOT found defective by Sparctech Solutions LLC, the item will be returned to the buyer at the BUYER'S expense and the buyer may be charged a $35 technical service fee. We recommend insured shipments.

Non-defective merchandise must be returned within the first 30 days after purchase.

All such returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee and you pay return shipping.

New Jersey residents [only] will pay required sales tax.

For PayPal (which is preferred) payments, an email will be sent to notify us when you have paid.

For direct Visa, MasterCard, or Amex payments, you must call us with the appropriate information at 877-584-6093. We will not accept credit card information via email.

For Money Order or Cashier's Check payments, please notify us to let us know you chose this payment method, indicate somewhere on the payment or with the payment the eBay item number, your eBay user ID and/or email ID, and your shipping address. Then, mail it to our payment address posted on the auction.

Shipment based on In stock availability, Buyer may be subject to wait to due restocking.

Please make Money Orders or Cashier's checks payable to Sparctech Solutions LLC.

Payments must be received 3 days after auction close.
